For proper installation in ceilings or wall holes larger than 8 inches you will need the following items.
Lumber: We recommend using a peice of 1 X 3 that is 4 inches longer than the hole being repaired.
A 6 inch hole would need a peice of 1 X 3 that is 10 inches long.
6 drywall screws and a variable speed corded or cordless drill with a phillips head attachment.
Remember to follow all safety instructions if your working on a ladder or scaffold.
